All Kindness Fabrik items are custom-made to order by our production partner in Canada.

Quality Issues or Defects: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed item, contact us within 7 days at kindnessfabrik.com with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement through our production partner at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at kiindnessfabrik.com with photos and we'll work with our production partner to send the correct item.

Change of Mind: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
